After Avalanche is a musical Journey I started back in 2008 as my personal singer/songwriter project. After being in a lot of bands, I realized that I was tired of trying to be something in particular.. I just wanted to write good music from my own perspective and without any artistic constraints. I have decided to let the music speak for itself and define its own genre... but if you must it's some form of Indie Rock. Blues influenced, reggae influenced, punk influenced, folk influenced. But really, it's just music. Written from the point of view of this artist looking at the world around him and writing about the things he sees. Who knows, maybe some of those out there will be able to identify, or find some kind of inspiration. That's my gig.

I love playing live: acoustic shows in coffee shops or bars, big stages, you name it. In September of 2011, me and my part-time background vocalist Kelsey hit the road for Southern California where we played music everywhere from the streets to open mics and bars. It was amazing, and the first of more to come! Keep an eye out for the upcoming Tour page on this site....
